Experimental project is Model which is a lengthened version of a San Francisco Yangtze 18. I'm calling it Lorcha 20. Building a 2" to 1' scale model. lengthening by 12%, but leaving all other dimensions the same. It is intended to use this model, when complete, to test things such as rig, steering systems, accommodation, handling. And most important, ballast, floatation and stability.
